A message from The Bearded Captain

Hello and greetings my Bearded Soldiers, it’s me your Bearded Captain, leader of all beards, flag bearer of all beards on digital and digital broadcasting.

I am that beard who tries to make people laugh, and I am that beard who tries to make people smile. My brothers, I do hope you’re well, looking after yourselves, My brothers, now this post isn’t going to be a new me, new you nonsense.

My brothers, we are beards and we are proud to be beards. This blog post, is quite simply to say this brothers, stop assess how this year has gone … have your done it? You can answer to yourself how this year has gone.

Are you happy with the way this year has panned out? If not, then brothers, maybe now is the time to set the reset button, this is the start of the new year (based on Gregorian calendar).

Brothers, so what I am going to talk about is a few thing you can do to get your life back in control. My beards, yes I show myself to be the all-conquering Bearded Captain, but I am not infallible.

I last year, lost the girl, lost my writing work but no I am not going to complain. Brothers, does this sound similar to your journey? Then draw inspiration that, your Captain is here telling the story.

Some tough nights? Yes, but brothers keep on your purpose. Lets, proceed with some steps and tips to make a better you this year. New Year’s resolutions is nonsense, brothers a true man is obsesses with self greatness.

So, change somethings come 2021, and stick to things that are good if you are doing, for example wake up at a good time. Brothers, 10 o’clock is too late. Maybe make it 8/9 o’clock on your day off.

This one, is a reminder to myself, wake up be thankful. You should always be thankful yes, but especially after opening your eyes again.

Make sure brothers, you have a set goal for the day, don’t let the days pass you by. Days turn to weeks, weeks turn to months, and so on. Brothers make sure you’re eating well, again this is a reminder to myself too. Make sure junk food is controlled, it can affect your moods.

Healthier eating is needed and a good active lifestyle. Go to the gym, go for that walk. Healthier body, healthier mind. Make sure you stay determined on your goals, don’t have any set some.

Wanted to be a Dr, a business man? Then set yourself targets and make steps to get there, bothers accept there is good and there is bad days. Make sure you use “leisure activities” smartly.

That means game consoles and social media. Both of these can be very intellectually unstimulating if not used correctly. This might seem a lot, if it is then make small steps, but make forward steps.

Brothers, when my marriage ended in 2012, this is what I did these steps, and it helped. I am human, just like all of us, but I lost myself last year, but that’s ok and it’s ok for you too.

Rejections, are redirections sometimes. She left you? Show her its her loss, brother a woman doesn’t define your purpose. You define your purpose, a good woman supports it.

Brothers, as your Bearded Leader, I want to look out for you all. I am in the process of re growing after losing someone I cared about, so it’s not easy I get it, but together we’re gonna be the best versions of ourselves.
