Our relationship with sleep

Hello and good evening, it’s me your Bearded Captain, leader of all beards, flag bearer of all Beards on digital and digital broadcasting media. I am that Beard who tries to make people laugh and I am that beard who tries to make people smile.

My Beloved’s I pray you’re well, looking after yourselves and your Beards! Brothers, I want to talk to you about an important issue in the life of beards. That my Beard’s is sleep. Sleep is if you look at it deeply is close to death and most people .. death pretrifies them .. yikes!

What I want to talk about here though brothers is that, it doesn’t have to be this way. Yes, it’s a pain in the morning when you wake up, you wake up with a messy beard and if you’re like me a beard with morning breath on it, disgusting I know.

But what about the lie in, for a successful man most will say sleep is the devil, but the morning yawn and stretch, the outer feeling you get of fulfilment. To get the perfect balance isn’t always east however.

Get too much, you feel groggy, over tired and maybe even in a bad mood for the rest of the day. if you get too little, this could make you irritable and unnecessarily cranky. A sincere thought does go out to insomniacs, really does.

I want to make a mention of the kind of sleep you get on a day off ( the feeling of not enough and your body wakes you up) and the kind of sleep when you’re working.

That kind of sleep is when you’re enjoying your sleep and you force yourself to wake up. This kind of sleep? It’s so annoying to wake up from! *let’s out an almighty cry at the thought*.

We have all had rough periods of sleep, but of course we don’t compare to them. A good thing about sleep is you get dreams, which most of the time is a good thing. The sometimes annoying thing with that is, you wake up from your sleep in the middle of a dream.

Much to mine and everyone else’s annoyance, you can’t go back to bed and pick up where you left off. Dreams don’t work like the Fast and Furious franchise then lol. Usually the golden rules with sleep is if you try to sleep, you can’t and when you try to stay awake you can’t.

Will leave you with that thought. It’s over and out from The Bearded Captain

Hello and good evening, here I talk about our relationship with sleep
