Hello, good afternoon my Bearded Beloved it’s me Ayyaz Malik aka The Bearded Captain, leader of all Beards, and Flag Bearer of all Beards on digital and digital broadcasting media.

I am that Beard who tries to make people laugh and I am that Beard who tries to make people smile. My Bearded Kings, I hope you’re well, looking after yourselves and are in good health.

My Soldiers we need to talk, we need to talk about going viral. You know, in the cool kid’s world it’s when you get your Brand out there far and wide to people all over the internet.

Binley Mega Chippy, remember that? Well, since that craze many have tried to conquer its place, but as far as Manchester is concerned (which is amongst the three greatest cities on earth), they seem to have a viral place for now.

Situated at the back of Chorlton Food Store is a section where they grill and put in the over-naan bread with cheese and a choice of three toppings. Tomatoes, mushrooms and onions.

It sounds simple yes, but blended together it’s a lovely little delicacy. The texture of the bread has been to perfection and the way the cheese blends with the mushroom, onions and tomatoes meant the boys deserved a pat on the back well done.

There are two big drawbacks from my visit, however. They take cards and cash, so that’s no issue. One issue is the non-existent parking, that’s not the shopkeeper’s fault, rather it’s the issue of the council, leaving shopkeepers hamstrung as they try to add yet more bike lanes!

The second and final issue was they struggled to manage our order. Yes, granted it was a big order, but inshaaAllah as these guys get bigger and better, it will need to be addressed.
